"My stay at the Kramer center was a good experience. They have very competent and knowledgeable staff, councilors, and doctors. They took care of my needs and concerns. We went horseback riding, kayaking, to meetings, art therapy, miniature golf, bowling, and to the movies. I learned a lot about myself, how to deal with my life, my problems, and my anger appropriately. It taught me the tools to stay sober and live everyday life without the use of drugs. Also, they work a lot on our feelings, which helped me a lot. It helps you express better than keeping everything bottled up. I would stay at the Kramer Center again if I was in need of addiction treatment."– Danielle 07’

Dear Michelle and the Kramer Center,
I am writing to you to thank you for the chance to redeem myself with the difficulties I have had here. Besides that I just wanted to thank you all for such a great time here in California. You have touched my heart in a way most people cannot. All that you have drilled into me about respect and responsibility has given me a little insight in life. I am glad I got the opportunity to have you as my counselor and fight for me when I was wrong. I am sorry for making sometimes hard for you but it is the little things that I remember. I am so thankful for the chance and opportunity to be here in the Kramer Center’s care, even though it has been pretty hard at times. I thank you for being so patient and kind to me when I was immature and disrespectful. I don’t know how to thank you enough. But I will always keep you in my heart and make you as proud as I can with this disease. Your husband is a very smarty intelligent man and the pressure point things he was doing, gave me great hope. “When it doubt, tap it out.” I will keep that till I die. Just let him know he inspired me in many ways I cannot explain. Sorry for the sloppy writing, I don’t have great writing skills. But I just wanted take the time to let you know that I really appreciate your help and comfort through these weeks. I hope everything works out for the best. You deserve it. Thanks again for the second chance at life. – Matt 08’
