Jason Paul Kellogg, M.D., received his medical training at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio in 1997. He completed his residency training as Chief Resident of Psychiatry at the University of California Irvine in 2001. Dr. Kellogg earned the prestigious "Pfizer Resident of the Year" award for his outstanding record of service. He is involved in ongoing clinical trials at ATP Clinical Research investigating novel treatment strategies for psychiatric illnesses such as Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Alzheimer's Disease. Dr. Kellogg is a member in good standing of the American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association, and the Orange County Psychiatric Society |

Mary Pat Kelly, Ph.D. has 26 years of experience in the mental health field, obtaining a doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Utah in 1990. Dr. Kelly has worked in private practice in Laguna Beach, CA since 1992 and has also worked with inpatient, outpatient, and court settings. Dr. Kelly delivers the individual psychotherapy component of the Kramer Center’s program as well as conducting a weekly psychotherapy group. Assisting in evaluation and treatment planning, Dr. Kelly’s services help to individualize the treatment that each client receives at the Kramer Center. Work with Dr. Kelly allows each client an opportunity to explore deeper emotional and relationship issues that may underlie their addictive patterns. |

Dr. Parlee has been a practicing clinician for over 14 years, integrating numerous therapies and techniques designed to assist individuals in the successful restoration and recovery of their lives. Thriving and not just surviving are key to Dr. Parlee’s exclusive approach which integrates body, mind and soul. Specialized treatment programs are custom tailored to fit the specific needs of Kramer Center clients. These programs will assist with accelerating results using the latest technologies available in recovery today. Whether it is the nutritional restoration of the damage caused by substance abuse , healing past experiences, or learning new coping skills to thrive, Dr. Parlee will chart your optimal path to abundant living. Dr. Stephen Parlee is a licensed Doctor of Clinical Counseling, an Applied Clinical Nutritionist, and Emotional/Thought therapy practitioner. He is also the founding developer of the nationally acclaimed Accelerated Recovery Technologies (A.R.T). |

As the Program Administrator Michelle Berner is responsible for leading all educational programs within the Kramer Center to ensure that clients receive all necessary education required by the State of California. With a California Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and over five years of experience teaching troubled teens and young women in the California Public School System, Ms. Berner combines experience, expertise, and innovation to create an advanced educational offering. As a California Certified Mediator and a court-appointed advocate for children, Ms. Berner is able to leverage industry expertise to create a dynamic environment for all people in early recovery. Ms. Berner holds a BA in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine and is in the process of earning a JD degree at Western State University |

The addiction counseling program is the primary function at a drug and alcohol treatment center. KCNB’s addiction counseling services are managed by Michelle Parlee. The medical and clinical staff operates in harmony with the addiction counselor ensuring each client has the opportunity to work towards permanent recovery. Mrs. Parlee is an example of how the treatment staff makes the treatment center valuable to each client with her daily contact. Mrs. Parlee’s integrity, compassion, and diversity brings hope and recovery specific to each client’s needs. |

Clark Taylor brings to the Kramer Center a wealth of knowledge, life experience, and education in the field of addiction. He is a certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor working towards his CADAAC. Clark is passionate about others recovery and loves to watch the growth of another human being. He also loves to see the person come back and experience their authentic self. Clark's dedication and integrity brings each and every client the best possible hope and recovery to realize their ultimate potential. |
