Herv Inskeep, MA. holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Ohio State University. He is a certified mediator and a member of the association for professionals in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Herv also is a certified addiction counselor. His early career involved management of a County family and children’s service agency in Columbus, Ohio and designing the forensic psychiatric program for psychotic prisoners at the Ohio State Penitentiary and the Chillicothe Men’s Reformatory.

On moving to California, he helped develop the LA County Mental Health Psychiatric Emergency Team program then went on to design the intake procedures for the California Regional Centers Serving Neurologically Handicapped Children. Later he opened a psychotherapy practice in 1975 which he operated for 20 years. During that time Herv was also on staff at South Coast Medical Center, Laguna Beach, CA and Downey Community Hospital. With his background in management, his hospital consulting soon dealt exclusively with management consultation and conflict resolution. In 1995, Herv closed his psychotherapy practice to focus entirely on consulting with businesses and coaching successful individuals who were making major career or life changes. His consulting clients have included KPMG, PF Chang’s China Bistro, the senior executives of Orange Coast College, the faculty of Butler College in Indianapolis, and American Hospital Management. How to get the help for you or a loved is as easy as:

 

Step 1: Contact
The first step in the admissions process is to contact Kramer Center at Newport Beach at 1-800-841-2440. The admissions director will answer your questions and provide information regarding treatment options at the Kramer Center

Step 2: Assessment
Treatment candidates receive a pre-assessment screening to ensure appropriateness for the client population followed by a complete biological, psychological, and social evaluation upon intake.

Step 3: Commitment
Kramer Center works with each family to formalize a mutual commitment to the program. Addiction is a family disease requiring change from both the addicted person and their family. As Kramer Centers delivers the agreed upon basic services to the client, families demonstrate their commitment to by following the staff’s guidance to keep the addicted person in treatment.

Step 4: Treatment
The healing process starts when someone who cares about the addicted person picks up the phone and calls us. Treatment begins as information is gathered during the pre-assessment screening, intake evaluation, and medical clearance processes. The first 28 days in rehab can affect the rest of the addicted person’s life.
