Dr. Daniel Corona

Paul Daniel Corona was born and raised in Southern California, specifically in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County. He attended the University of Southern California from 1980-1984, where he received a BS degree in Biology/Premed. He then received his M.D. degree from New York Medical College in 1989, and then completed a Family Practice Residency program from 1989 to 1992 at California Medical Center in Los Angeles, and became Board Certified in the specialty of Family Medicine. He and his wife Denise then moved to their current home in south Orange County in 1993, where they have remained and have raised their children, Logan and Baylee.

Dr. Corona has enjoyed practicing the full spectrum of Family Medicine for over 15 years, but had been particularly interested early on in how stress and other emotional symptoms affected the physical body. His early interests became a passion over the years as he became more and more fascinated with what he was seeing and learning, and how common it is once recognized and what an impact treating this had on his patients’ lives.

He discovered that the mind-body connection is a chemical one, and that imbalances chemically within the nervous system were primarily responsible for a lot of common medical problems that are seen daily in a primary care setting. He discovered how easily and effectively neurochemical imbalances can be treated, how amazing the results are and how impacting this can be in people’s lives. He has treated tens of thousands of patients for neurochemical imbalances over more than 15 years of a very busy clinical practice. Over the last few years, he has devoted his full practice to the recognition and treatment of neurochemical imbalances, and has dedicated the rest of his career to patient care and teaching patients and doctors alike about this vitally important topic.
