Costs for Intervention and Rehab Programs

Intervention, (Call for Individual Pricing)  Interventionist and staff works with the family to assess client’s needs, provide and explain treatment recommendations, prepare the family for the intervention, set up intervention, inpatient arrangements as required, travel to client, stage intervention, escort client into rehab, transition family over to the care of the clinical and administrative staff. The interventionist’s focus is on performing the intervention itself and transportation of the client into rehab. Family and friends will be connected to counseling staff at the rehab to address their issues as pertains to the client. Vernon Johnson defines an intervention in his book I’ll Quit Tomorrow as “Shattering the family dynamic that supports the dysfunction of the dependent.”

Primary Care 28 Days, (Call for Individual Pricing) A deposit is required prior to admission. A second payment is due upon intake. Final payment is due by the end of week two. Primary care includes basic services as outlined in the client admissions agreement including pre-screening, staff treatment recommendations, intake meeting, admissions process, beach side residential accommodations with cook and maid service, medical assessment, psychological evaluation, treatment planning, 24-hour supervision, education, counseling, therapy, 12-step meetings, and, recreational activities including sailing lessons with Orange County sailing school, equine therapy in Back Bay of Newport Beach, field trips to the Long Beach aquarium, museums, and farmer’s markets, executive gym membership, movie nights, and 12-step functions . The following services are available upon request at additional cost: medication, psychiatric care, medical procedures, other therapeutic services, and, any increase in basic services. Primary care clients will meet with the Medical Director and the Clinical Director after completing their intake and treatment planning sessions with an addictions counselor as part of their 7 day admissions and detoxification clearance period.

Second Month, (Call for Individual Pricing)  A Deposit is required prior to admission. Final payment is due by the end of week four. Primary care during the second 28 day period includes all the appropriate basic services of the first month to further the client’s recovery process. Having successfully completed their intake, admissions, detoxification, and treatment planning steps, clients are able to go deeper with therapy or work through more of the 12-steps. For many clients their first few weeks of treatment may be consumed by the critical process of leaving their drinking, drugging, and other self-destructive ways behind them and completing the process of re-focusing their on their individual recovery process. The odds of achieving permanent sobriety are increased with each additional day committed to primary care. Because treatment consists of three phases: Inpatient, Outpatient, and Aftercare, families frequently want to consider covering the first two phases at once by extending inpatient treatment beyond 28 days.

Third Month, (Call for Individual Pricing) A Deposit is required prior to admission. The American Medical Association recognizes a 90-day residential treatment plan as the gold standard commitment to permanent sobriety. This plan allows clients to complete the first three steps of the AMA’s Medical Model for addictions treatment. Detoxification, Primary Care, and Outpatient care are all addressed within the continuous structure and stability of the rehabilitation program. A commitment to the 90 day residential treatment plan offers the client the best chance of permanent sobriety as many individuals return to drug addiction and alcohol abuse by skipping Outpatient and Aftercare.

Suboxone/Medical Opiate Detoxification Protocol, (Call for Individual Pricing) with 28 day inpatient treatment program.
